Making More Money=More Energy

By Rev. Donna McGrath, MT (ASCP), C.H.T., Reiki Master Teacher

What is Energy?

How do we “get” more of it.

Scientific Explanation

Well, the word energy derives from the Greek ἐνέργεια energeia, which possibly appears for the first time in the work of Aristotle in the 4th century BCE. (Ancient Greek:ἐνέργεια energeia “activity, operation”[1])

The concept of energy emerged out of the idea of vis viva (living or life force), which Gottfried Leibniz defined as the product of the mass of an object and its velocity squared.

In 1807, Thomas Young was possibly the first to use the term “energy” instead of vis viva or “life force”, in its modern sense.[2]

It was argued for some years whether energy was a substance (the caloric) or merely a physical quantity, such as momentum. In 1845 James Prescott Joule discovered the link between mechanical work and the generation of heat. This led to the theory of conservation of energy, and development of the first law of thermodynamics.

Finally, William Thomson (Lord Kelvin) amalgamated these many discoveries into the laws of thermodynamics.

During a 1961 lecture[4] Richard Feynman, a celebrated physics teacher and Nobel Laureate, said this about the concept of energy:

There is a fact, or if you wish, a law, governing all natural phenomena that are known to date. There is no known exception to this law—it is exact so far as we know. The law is the conservation of energy. It states that there is a certain quantity, which we call energy, that does not change in manifold changes which nature undergoes….
—The Feynman Lectures

In simple terms, Energy cannot be either created or destroyed; only TRANSFORMED.
Forms of Energy

Energy exists in many forms

Kinetic
Potential, a category comprising many forms in this list
Mechanical, the sum of kinetic and potential energies
Chemical
Electric
Magnetic
Radiant, that of electromagnetic radiation including light
Nuclear, that of binding nucleons to form the atomic nucleus
Ionization, that of binding an electron to its atom or molecule
Elastic
Sound
Gravitational
Intrinsic, the rest energy equivalent to an object’s rest mass
Thermal

Energy Transformation

Again, By definition “Transformation” means, “change across forms”. The concept of energy and its transformations is vital in explaining and predicting most natural phenomena.

One form of energy can often be readily transformed into another; for instance, a battery, from chemical energy to electric energy; a dam: gravitational potential energy to kinetic energy of moving water (and the blades of a turbine) and ultimately to electric energy through an electric generator.

In a typical lightning strike, 500 megajoules of electric potential energy is converted into the same amount of energy in other forms, most notably light energy, sound energy and thermal energy.

Energy
ENERGY AND LIFE
Main articles: Bioenergetics and Food energy

Basic physical overview of energy and human life.

Any living organism relies on an external source of energy—radiation from the Sun in the case of green plants;

Food or chemical energy in some form in the case of humans and animals—to be able to grow and reproduce.

In school we learn that 1500–2000 Calories per day are recommended for an human adult to be taken as a combination of oxygen and food molecules.

The food molecules are oxidized to carbon dioxide and water in the cellular mitochondria to produce energy to be used for daily activities:

C6H12O6 + 6O2 → 6CO2 + 6H2O
C57H110O6 + 81.5O2 → 57CO2 + 55H2O

ADP is converted into ATP

ADP + HPO42− → ATP + H2O (Energy and Water)

The rest of the chemical energy in the carbohydrate or fat is converted into heat: the ATP is used as a sort of “energy currency”, and some of the chemical energy it contains when split and reacted with water, is used for metabolism.

Although the above scientific explanation of energy is complex and scientific and substantial…

I wonder….

I just wonder ???

If there is more to it…?????

Is there a missing link here….????

Or are we just a mixed bag of physics and chemical reactions ????
Science + Spirituality

The word “energy” is also used outside of physics in many ways, which can lead to ambiguity and inconsistency. The vernacular terminology is not consistent with technical terminology.

In the beginning of my upcoming book “From Corporate Mentality to Spiritual Reality, A True Out-of-Body Journey to Enlightenment” I was a trained Scientist and Molecular Biologist.

The book chronicles my journey from working in the corporate world through the deaths of several family members and my personal transformation to Enlightenment through an Out-of-Body experience which took me to The Light. See My Store on this site for audio Mp3.

In my book, I went to my first meditation at a friend’s house to learn how to meditate and “chill out” after recent deaths in my family.

As I entered the room, I noted that there were candles and rocks??? on the coffee table. I asked the teacher what the rocks were intended to do…having come from a strict Orthodox Christian background mixed with a healthy dose of scientific skepticism. She said the crystallized rocks contained “energy” in a happy, perky voice.

What KIND of energy I sternly and skeptically asked again.

“LOVE Energy” , she replied in an airy, fairy sort-of-way.

OK…I thought…”the rocks can’t hurt”…unless they throw them at me!

And I need some inner Peace and Love….

So I sat down and joined the meditation which was peaceful, loving and truly inspirational…

The teacher said she would see me next month.

I countered her with “Could we do this every week?

She said “yes”.

Relieved, I left that evening with inner Peace.

That was just the beginning of my spiritual journey…one that led me to the edges of The Andromeda Galaxy and back to do mediumship and healing work throughout the world.
What is LOVE Energy?

In short, I learned that there are only two things…

Love vs. Fear ~ Neale Donald Walsh, Conversations with God, Book 1.

Love is every aspect of Positivity.

Fear is “False Evidence Appearing Real”-every aspect of Negativity.

Fear is addiction, doubt, anger, violence, conflict, uncertainty, impatience, control over, conflict, greed, chaos, jealousy, weakness, fear of known and unknown things, hopelessness, lack of self-confidence, belief in lack, sadness, depression, anxiety, grief, aggression, exhaustion, apathy, resignation, and dis-ease.

Love is the absence of addiction, absence of anger, certainty, peace, patience in all situations, kindness, understanding, responsibility, freedom from constriction, order, non-possessiveness, no competition, consistency, strength, self-confidence, happiness, joy, bliss, faith, belief, enthusiasm, abundance, prosperity, health and wholeness.

One way to re-ignite your energy is to do only those things which “feel” right for you.
LOVE+ GOOD FEELINGS= Money in the physical form.

Now I am not saying to shirk your responsibilities, but truly practice “feeling into” a situation before going down that path…your intuition is your personal inner guide to follow. Eliminate all negativity around you. Move towards loving relationships….surround yourself with Loving thoughts.

Love energy can be transmitted over distances through prayer or focused meditation in the form of “energy” work.

The Love Energy can and does transform or transmute negative and hopeless situations to positive outcomes!!!!

Practice the Principles of Love in an active way and….

You will manifest Money , Energy Abundance in YOUR LIFE !

Many Blessings of Love and Light,

Namaste,

Miracle of the Month

2 Miracles of the Month Same Client… Asthma, Abnormal EKG                                     Ble galaxy n

Three weeks ago, a frantic mother called me after taking her beautiful 8 year old daughter to the ER with an abnormal EKG. The diagnosis was Voll- Parkinson’s Syndrome When she called the daughter had a heart rate of 50. I could see that she was sliding downhill fast. I pulled off the side of the road and did an emergency healing intending to bring her heart rate up to 75 and also scheduled a full session with the mother when I returned home. Three hours later, the client called for the session and exclaimed with joy, “I don’t know what you did but she was up and fine and jumping on the couches..her heart rate was 75 !!! OMG a miracle.!!!!!

I did the session and cleared many of the issues, performed an energetic cardiac ablation but she still needed further sessions. Her mom called  today again in a panic because she had a weaken immune system and the girl had caught a cold from a friend. The asthma had kicked in, she had a lung infection rapid heartbeat, low oxygen, and high fever. Mom was set to take her to the ER but since we were on the phone , she asked me if I could do anything. I blew in the Breath of Life and her mother watched as her oxygen level went from 90 to 93 and her heart rate went from 120 to 111 in 15 mins. Mom was simply AMAZED and is still in awe. Further work must be done but she went to the doctor later in the day for a check up. She had a normal heartbeat, no fluid or mucous in the in the lungs, no pneumonia etc. God is Gracious!!!  Donna+++

6 Secret Tips to Manifest Miracles + FREE Quantum Manifestation Blogtalk Show

Donna McGrath here with 6 quick Secret tips to helping you learn how to Manifest Money Miracles in your life. But First…

What is “Manifestation” of Miracles ???

The definition of manifestation is taking an idea from the spiritual and the mental planes and creating that in physical reality or in physical form.

A miracle is an event not ascribable to human power or the laws of nature and consequently attributed to a divine agency.

Miracles are sometimes thought of as a perceptible interruption of the laws of nature.

The word “miracle” is often used to characterize any beneficial event that is statistically unlikely but not contrary to the laws of nature, such as surviving a natural disaster, or simply a “wonderful” occurrence, regardless of likelihood, such as a birth.

Other miracles might be: survival of an illness diagnosed as terminal, escaping a life-threatening situation or ‘beating the odds’.

So how do I create Miracles ?????

What are the Principles?

What are the “Secrets”.

Think of the mind as a huge cell phone tower, beaming out into the universe frequencies or energy with each thought. The goal is to beam out only positive thoughts.

All thoughts will manifest…so be sure to “think positively” at all times.

Remember the words of Henry Ford …”Whether you think you can or you think you can’t….either way you will be right !!!!

What does this mean??

Simply that the universe is like an empty slate or white board. You can place any thought out…positive or negative and if put out consistently and over time, the thought will be made manifest or physical.

So monitor or observe your own thoughts and make sure you only put out positive thoughts.

The act of WORRYING is one of the biggest negative mistakes you can make. What you are doing in actuality is beaming out a series of negative thoughts…and churning them out over and over….this process will definitely NOT help you but only manifest negativity.

So stop worrying and have FAITH and Belief that your dreams will be manifest.

Change those frowns

Into clowns

A simple 6 step secret process of Creation of Miracles

1) Clarify and Beam out your Positive Thoughts and stay in the present moment of Now…be Relaxed and Calm.

2) State them out loud and/or write them down …in Words

3) And do or follow with action…this would be Deed

4) Impelled or propelled by strong emotion or Desire

5) Followed by expectation, (act as if it already happened), have Faith and Belief that it will happen.

6) Demonstrate Gratitude in advance!
Anything and everything in life can created by this simple secret formula!

Whether you have a health challenge or a financial challenge YOU can create Miracles by following these…

Traditional versus Alternative Treatment Options for Anxiety

Anxiety: The Fear Response

Anxiety is defined as an unpleasant emotional state ranging from mild uneasiness to intense fear. It is most often accompanied by a variety of symptoms, most which of relate to the chest area. These symptoms include heart palpitations, tightening of the chest with the feeling of the inability to take in enough air, throbbing or stabbing pains, and a tendency to sigh or hyperventilate. This can lead to a numb or tingling feeling running up and down in the arms and legs and can cause muscular tension in the neck and back and can lead to muscle spasms. Other symptoms of anxiety can include excessive sweating, dizziness, excessive mouth dryness, fainting, and symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.

Severe anxiety can lead to “panic attacks” which are intense feelings of fear. These attacks are often accompanied with agoraphobia, which is the fear of being in public places. As a result, most people with agoraphobia become housebound. According to the American Journal of Psychiatry, about 15% of the total American population suffers from some form of severe anxiety which may or may not lead to panic attacks.

Modern Medical Approach

Since modern medicine’s standard medical approach is based primarily on focusing on the physical body and sometimes the mental body, let us start there. When most people go to a medical doctor or psychiatrist to get assistance for anxiety, they usually are prescribed a benzodiazepine class of drug, which is a tranquilizer. Examples of these drugs are Xanax, Klonopin, Lexipro, Halicon, Librium, Ativan, Centrax, Dalmane, Paxipam, Restoril, Serax or Tranxene. Benzodiazepine drugs work by enhancing the nerve transmitter, GABA (gamma amino butyric acid), which in turn blocks and calms the arousal of brain centers.

Benzodiazepines induce sleep, are extremely addictive, and cause many side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and impaired coordination. Ironically, according to Peter Breggin, M.D. Side-effects also can CA– USE anxiety…the condition which it is supposed to alleviate. Other possible side effects include headache, blurred vision, and a “hangover” lethargic effect. The most serious side effects include effects on memory and behavior such as amnesia, confusion, nervousness, extreme irritability, anxiety and aggressiveness.

Drug Weaning

Should you decide to stop taking these drugs, work with your physician to gradually taper off of them or find recommendations in Your Problem is Your Drugs, Peter Breggin. Side effects similar to all of the above symptoms can be expected as you gradually wean off these drugs. Quite frankly, I don’t know how a physician could prescribe a drug to counteract anxiety, which actually produces anxiety as a side effect. This doesn’t seem to make much sense to me, unless the physician is not conscious of the above facts.

Alternatively, you may also schedule an appointment with me and we will transform the originating core issues and replace the fears with Unconditional Love. I will also channel a custom tapering regime for your specific circumstance. In the past, I have weaned a 19 year-old girl off of eight psychiatric drugs with no withdrawal effects in a period of two months and many others off of various other allopathic drugs.

Causes…Body, Mind and Spirit

In my opinion, the cause of any dis-ease, or uneasiness in the body can be directly linked to problems related to the physical body, emotional body, the mental body, and/or the spiritual body. As these four elements of the physical body function as one, then it follows that the healing of the body can be done on any of these levels. In fact, I have found that the most effective, rapid and complete healing is accomplished when spiritual healing is combined with healing the emotional body, with correction of the mental sponsoring thoughts and possibly aided with nutritional supplements to support the physical body.

The cause of anxiety as described by the medical and scientific communities is a defect in metabolism referred to as a “biochemical imbalance”. The most noted imbalance biochemically in patients with anxiety and panic attacks is an increased blood lactate or lactic acid level. Lactate is the final breakdown product of sugar metabolism when there is lack of oxygen in the system. A common example of lactic acid build-up is muscle soreness in athletes after an intense workout.

How does this relate to anxiety and panic attacks? Experiments have been done which demonstrate that patients with panic attacks have increased lactate levels. In one study, patients with panic attacks in progress were injected with lactate, which was found to profoundly worsen the attack. (Glad I wasn’t a patient in that study!). Reducing the blood lactate level is then important in treatment of anxiety.

Natural Approaches to Healing the Physical Body

Six nutritional factors lead to increased blood lactate levels. These are

– Alcohol consumption

-Sugar and Caffeine Intake

-Deficiency of B vitamins

-Deficiency of Calcium and Magnesium

-Food Allergies

By simply avoiding the first two items on the list, one can go a long way to relieving anxiety symptoms. A study group, which simply eliminated coffee from their diets, found 70 % improvement in their symptoms after only one week.

Mild exercise such as swimming, walking, stretching, or yoga can also calm the body and help to alleviate attacks. Gentle aromatherapy massage with clary sage, ylang ylang, and lavender or warm/hot jacuzzi bath with a drop or each of the above oils is very relaxing.

L-Theanine- The Best Single Natural Option

If I were to recommend only one product to treat mild to moderate anxiety symptoms and panic attacks, it would be L-Theanine 200mg. By taking 100-400mg one can stave off an attack in an instant. This can also be used while weaning off of standard anti-anxiety drugs.

I have received many thank you letters written to me from folks who have had excellent results from it. It, alone, has stopped many of my own panic attacks dead in their tracks.

Theanine is also excellent for asthma attacks, which are most often caused by intense feelings of fear as well. L-Theanine used before resorting to cortisone sprays in conjunction with 1000 mg of MSM is very beneficial in helping asthma.

Before my Light experience, I would keep with me a vial of the Bach Flower Essence combination, Rescue Remedy, and took it for about a year, every time I found myself in a mildly stressful situation at work, in traffic, or at the office. It did not cause any drowsiness, caused me to feel centered, and is also a great remedy for those emotional swings, which accompany PMS.

My new favorite anti-anxiety product is Stress Relief, a homeopathic spray by Sprayology. It not only stops anxiety in its tracks, it stops panic attacks entirely after a few weeks use. Contact me at miraclesbydonna@yahoo.com for product info.

Omega-3 Oils

With the current popularity of fat-free diets research indicates that many Americans are deficient in Omega-3 oils. These polyunsaturated fats are found in flaxseed oil, hemp oil, and a combination-oil called Udo’s oil and are essential for proper glandular, nerve, and muscle function. They have also been found to be deficient in patients with agoraphobia. In one study patients who had been suffering from agoraphobia for ten or more years took 2-6 tablespoons/day of flaxseed oil for 2 to 3 months. Their symptoms significantly improved by 67% as well ridding the patients of other symptoms such as dandruff, dry skin, eczema, and dry and brittle nails.

Nutritional Supplements

Since the above benzodiazepine drugs work to enhance the nerve transmitter, GABA (gamma amino butyric acid), which in turn blocks the arousal of brain centers, why not supplement with GABA directly? GABA by Twin Labs, 750 mg twice daily can work along with the following amino acids: L-Taurine, 500 mg, 3 times per day on an empty stomach and L-Tyrosine, 500 mg, 3 times per day on an empty stomach.

Other supplements, which may be useful in treating anxiety are Kava Kava Root capsules, CoQ10, 100mg/day and vitamin (B5), Pantothenic Acid by Ecological Formulas, 150-300 mg/day. A good multivitamin is also recommended with 99 mg of potassium/day and additional B-complex formula containing 100-150 mg of B1 and B6 to calm the nerves. Also, for muscle relaxation and bone health, 2000 mg of calcium/day and 600-1200 mg of magnesium/day is recommended.

Healing the Mind

Anxiety or panic attacks are caused psychologically from some type of fear. By getting to the core of the fear that plagues you, mentally analyzing yourself and the situation at hand, and doing the following exercises, I was helped immensely in overcoming my fears. Replacing overwhelming fear with self-love and understanding was the key to healing my own condition.

Every time I felt I was starting to get an anxiety attack, I would retreat to a safe and relaxing surrounding-a bedroom, bathroom…anywhere peaceful. I would take 2 capsules of L-Theanine then calm the center of my chest by circling my palm there. Meanwhile, I tried to mentally identify the fear I was experiencing. Please note: worry, doubt, impatience, fear of the known or unknown and anger or any negative emotion is classified as a fear. Once mentally identified, I pictured a doorway in the front of the fear and simply said, “You do not exist”. I then mentally walked through the fear and closed the doorway behind me, while continuing to calm myself. This worked for me in every instance.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is also a very good method of treating anxiety disorders. I have used it very successfully with clients who have very specific fears i.e. fear of heights, fear of pain (going to the dentist), fear of suffocating (also the cause of some cases of asthma), fear of elevators, fear of airplanes, fear of crowds, and fear of parades and balloons, etc. I have found that intense fears are often caused by major present, as well as past life traumas. Identifying them and clearing them are keys in understanding ourselves and in healing ourselves.

Insomnia and Depression

I will discuss depression further next week as a separate topic, although I am well aware that anxiety and depression are treated hand in hand by modern allopathic physicians. Many times drugs such as Prozac, Paxil, and Zoloft and Lexipro which are used to treat depression, actually cause anxiety and panic attacks as side effects. Therefore anti-anxiety drugs are prescribed along with them. It is sometimes difficult to discern which problem is the primary problem, but I recommend trying to figure out which is the main concern, before mixing drugs or treatment programs together.

Insomnia is sometimes a side effect of panic and anxiety disorders. Serenity compound by The Herbalist and Alchemist is very good. Melatonin is a hormone, which is used as a natural sleep remedy and also aids in cases of jet lag. 3 mg. is the normal dosage. A slow release formula is recommended if one gets up many times during the night. A milder, .5 or 1 mg dose can be used by people with small body types, those who are very sensitive to substances, or those who are only experiencing a mild sleep problem. I do not highly recommend melatonin, in general, only because it is a hormone, and by taking it may upset the delicate hormonal balance of the body. Many, though, swear by its beneficial effects and take as much as 9 mg/day.

Grief

Grief may be a major reason why one is experiencing insomnia. The Bach Flower essence Walnut, 1-2 drops under the tongue, as needed, will help one to process grief and help the client to move forward in their lives. Also the homeopathic remedy, Ignatia Amara, 30c, 4-6 pellets, 3x/day, will aid the person in overcoming grief. An herbal sleep aid such as Alluna by Enzymatic Therapy can help to promote sleep. A very inexpensive remedy is Relax and Sleep by People’s Choice. Also my new favorite is a homeopathic Spray by Sprayology called Sleep Ease which you can purchase from me at miraclesbydonna@yahoo.com.

Emotional Healing

As many of you know, the key behind my work is that I overlay clients with flower essence energies, lifted to the quantum level, which are specific to the area in the body which is affected. Flower essence energies to heal anxiety include Elm, to quell feelings of being overwhelmed, Aspen to dissolve fear of the unknown, and Mimulus, to clear fears of the known and unknown. Rock Rose could be used to alleviate a frozen, helpless state of terror and panic. Usually 1-2 drops under the tongue before bed, as long as needed, will remedy the situation and allow for processing the emotional problem during dream time.

Spiritually Speaking

By using any number of meditation or prayer techniques, especially listening to my Miracle of Total Body Healing Meditation repeatedly, one can calm the mind and spirit. Meditation is a technique whereby you intentionally calm the chattering thoughts in your mind, while prayer is sending desires, thoughts or messages out into the spiritual realm. No special position, trick or technique is needed to accomplish either…do only what is comforting and relaxing to you.

Reiki is a form of hands-on healing which may be used to infuse positive spiritual energy into the body and produce a state of inner tranquility and calmness. Try to find a certified Reiki practitioner in your area and have a session. You will feel relaxed and refreshed after the treatment.

Thank you very much for reading…feel free to share this column with someone whom it may benefit…until then, may you be blessed with Health, Wellness, Peace, and Joy…all aspects of Unconditional Love.
